What drives you as a player?

Answer:

I’m still determined to be one of the best point guards in the NBA. That’s my drive. As far as the coaching staff, style of play, and the players on this team, I think this is the best opportunity I’ve had to succeed.

What kind of teammate are you?

Answer:

I’m a vocal leader. I try to keep everyone positive and involved. I think a good leader makes sure all his teammates are always on the same page, working towards the same goal—winning an NBA championship. So that’s what I do.

According to a recent SI.com poll, you are considered the fastest player in the NBA. Who would you say was the second fastest? (from Ilen)

Answer:

I would go with Allen Iverson. He’s the second fastest if fans feel that I am the fastest.

What has been your greatest athletic achievement up to this point? (From Crissy)

Answer:

I would have to say that it is having my college jersey retired at UT. I was the first person to have that done, so it was very special for me.
